By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

• This is a pre-order reservation only. Payment will be taken in-store upon collection.
• Pre-orders must be placed by Monday 14th April 2025. Orders close at this point to allow our stores to prepare and order stock accordingly.
• Orders will be available for collection on your selected date — either Friday 18th or Saturday 19th April — at your chosen Planet Organic store.
• Please collect your order by the end of your selected day. Due to the fresh nature of the product, we cannot guarantee availability beyond your chosen collection date.
• You will receive the freshest available batch, delivered directly from Rhug Estate on the morning of Friday 18th April. Deliveries typically arrive around 8am, but we recommend selecting a collection time of 10am or later to allow for stock check-in and handling.
• Rhug Estate lamb is delivered chilled and typically has a 5-day shelf life from delivery when stored correctly in the fridge.
• If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact your selected store directly or email ecommerce@planetorganic.com before your chosen collection date.
